Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS from the USA

Processing & Delivery Time

•  Apparel items: Arrive within 3 to 4 weeks after processing, barring unforeseen circumstances and inclement weather

•  All other items: Processing time + USPS transit time will be reflected at checkout

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays

Order Confirmation & Tracking

A confirmation of your order and expected arrival date will come via email once your package ships. Tracking information will be included.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by USPS. We are also not responsible for careless handling of our secure packaging by the USPS.

Insurance

There is a $12 insurance value on all packages provided by the USPS. 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
